  2. Tap Privacy > Location Services.
  3. Turn ON the Location Services.
  4. Scroll down and tap MyBump to turn it on.

The second possible solution is to keep the Background App Refresh to Wi-Fi & Cellular Data for the MyBump app:

  1. Go to your iPhone's Settings.
  2. Tap General > Background Refresh App.
  3. Tap on Wi-Fi & Cellular Data.
  4. Make sure that MyBump is ON for the Background Refresh App.

For Huawei smartphone users:

Usually, Huawei's battery optimization is the cause of MyBump's GPS Tracker to not function properly. To change the settings:

  1. Go to Settings on your Huawei device.
  2. Select Apps.
  3. Tap Settings at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Select Special Access.
  5. Select Ignore Optimizations.
  6. Select MyBump from the list and tap on Allow.

NOTE: The battery settings may be on a different menu on your specific phone model. If the above instructions don't work for you, you could try the following:

  1. Go to Phone Settings.
  2. Go to the Apps section.
  3. Select MyBump and select App Info.
  4. Tap on Battery.
  5. Make sure the Power-intensive prompt option is disabled.
  6. On the same page, switch Launch from Automatic to Manage Manually.
  7. Enable all the Manage Manually options.

If that doesn't work, please contact us and we'll get our IT personnel to have your GPS Tracker fixed.
